This paid option comes in four forms:
The Advertisement will be moved to the top of the results list, on the Website and the Applications, as if it had just been put online.
The Announcement will be placed at the top of the list, on the Website and the Applications, each
day for 7 consecutive days from the anniversary date of subscription to the option, during
its online posting period.
An email will be sent to the Advertiser to confirm the subscription to the option and another
will be sent to him the day after the option expires, i.e. the 8th day, in order to
inform.
The Announcement will be placed at the top of the list, on the Website, and the Applications, each day for 14 days, from:
An email will be sent to the Advertiser to confirm the subscription to the option, another email will be sent to them on the 8th and 13th days of subscription to remind them that his Ad rose to the top of the list every day. Finally a last email will be sent to him sent the day after the option expires, i.e. the 15th day after subscribing to the option, in order to inform him/her.
The Announcement will be placed at the top of the list, on the Website, and the Applications, each day for 30 days, from:
An email will be sent to the Advertiser to confirm the subscription to the option, another email will be sent to him on the 8th, 15th and 22nd days of subscription in order to remember that his Ad rose to the top of the list every day. Finally one last email will be sent to him the day before the option expires, i.e. the 29th day after subscription at the option, in order to inform him/her.
This option allows you to display an “urgent” logo on an Advertisement.
The visitor will also be able to search for all urgent announcements in the category
desired. This will give more visibility for ads with the urgent logo.
This option allows you to broadcast an Advertisement and display it for a specific period
in a prominent location on the home page of the website and applications on
within the top ads location and the ad will also be identified by the “Top” logo.
Ads benefiting from the “Top” option will be displayed periodically for a period of
duration depending on the number of advertisements which have subscribed to the Featured option, an Advertisement does not
will therefore not be permanently visible “In the News” on the Website.
The Advertisement must have at least one photo, propose an offer of property (and not an
request).
The duration of the Feature my ad option is 7 days.
As soon as the duration of the “Featured” option ends, an email will be sent to the Advertiser to
propose a new broadcast of the Announcement with the “Featured” option.
This option allows you to add seven (7) additional photographs in an Ad and
thus to present a maximum of ten (10) photographs in an Advertisement.
If the Advertisement is published by Marani Concept, it will be broadcast with the photos
additional information on the Website and Applications.
By default, an advertiser is entitled to a total of five (05) ads.
This option allows you to add an additional Ads Pack.
