1.Definitions

This definition includes the administrator and the members created by the Administrator of a Pro Account posting Advertisements on the Website.

• Order: any purchase made beforehand. by an Advertiser from their Pro Account for the purposes of subscribing to Paid Option(s) for one or more Advertisement(s) under the conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
• Pro Account: designates the space dedicated to opened by the Advertiser in order to use the Marani Service accessible from the Website and the iPhone/iPad and Android Applications, and from which the Advertiser broadcasts its Advertisements and carries out the Orders as described in these General Terms and Conditions.

The Advertiser Administrator of the Pro Account has the possibility of to add members (within the limit of 5 members), via the “User” of the Pro Account, who will have their own connection identifiers and will be able to access the different features of the Pro Account.

• Connection identifiers: designates the email address and password chosen by the Advertiser when opening their Pro Account and allowing the identification of the Advertiser to access the Pro Account opened at his name.
• MARANI CONCEPT: designates the company which publishes and operates the Website and the iPhone/iPad and Android Applications.
• Customer Service designates the MARANI CONCEPT service from which the Advertiser can obtain any additional information. This service can be contacted by e-mail by clicking on the « contact » located on the Website or the iPhone/iPad and Android Applications.
• Marani Service: designates the Marani services made available to you. available to Users and Advertisers from the Website and on the iPhone/iPad and Android Applications, as defined in this document. the article « Description of the Marani Service » general conditions of use of the Marani Service accessible on the Website.
