These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) establish the contractual conditions applicable to your purchase. any subscription, by a connected Advertiser; à his Account, from the Website and the Applications.
Any subscription to paid option(s) by an Advertiser constitutes full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in force.
Subscribing to one or more paid option(s) is exclusively accessible to Advertisers connected to their Personal Account from the Website and/or the Applications.
A paid option is only subscribed for a single Advertisement. Consequently, it is not possible to transfer the benefit of a paid option from an Advertisement to an Advert. another one. It is possible to subscribe to several paid options for the same Advertisement, simultaneously or not.
The price of each paid option varies depending on the type of option purchased and the deposit category selected. The price list for paid options by category is present in the'article 6.
The Advertiser acknowledges and accepts that any Advertisement placed in a category that does not correspond to the product or service offered will be accepted. can be deleted at any time. at any time, by Marani Concept and without compensation. nor right to reimbursement of sums committed for the purposes of subscribing to paid options.
Advertisements are classified on the Marani.ma Service in chronological order, according to the date and time of their posting online. Consequently, any Advertiser acknowledges and accepts that the presence at the top of the list of their Advertisement is only provisional.
Paid options can be subscribed to by any Advertiser connected to the site. à his Personal Account, from the Website and the Applications:
Ads under the free option have a validity period of only one month. of 30 days. Subscription to a paid option, extends the validity period of your purchase of an announcement. Ads under the free option are listed in chronological order of broadcast. The options for a paid ad have a validity period of only corresponding to the subscribed period of the selected paid option. At the end of the subscribed period of the selected paid option, the ad will be treated as a free ad at the end of the subscription period. from the end of validity date and time of the paid option:
Subscribing to a paid option extends the validity period of your subscription. from the Announcement until the end of validity of the paid option period.
When withdrawing early of the Advertisement (either due to the Advertiser, or due to Marani Concept, particularly in the event of abusive content) or When its broadcast duration expires, the paid option ceases to produce its effects.
Modifying a Personal Account does not in any way modify the duration of the paid option(s) subscribed.
The deletion of a Personal Account results in the deletion of any Advertisement(s) attached to it. this account (same email address) and, consequently, any paid option(s) subscribed for these Advertisements and does not give any right to reimbursement or compensation, which the Advertiser acknowledges and accepts.
This paid option comes in four forms:
The Advertisement will be moved to the top of the results list, on the Website and the Applications, as if it had just been posted online.
The Announcement will be placed at the top of the list, on the Website and the Applications, every day for 7 consecutive days. the anniversary date of the subscription to; the option, during its online period.
An email will be sent à the Advertiser to confirm the subscription to the option and another will be sent to him/her the day after the option expires, i.e. the 8th day, in order to inform them.
The Advertisement will be posted to the top of the list, on the Website, and the Applications, every day for 14 days, at count:
An email will be sent to you à the Advertiser to confirm the subscription to the option, another email will be sent to him/her on the 8th and 13th days of subscription in order to remind them that their Advertisement has been updatedtop of the list every day. Finally a final email will be sent to him. the day after the option expires, i.e. the 15th day after subscribing to the option; the option, in order to inform him/her.
The Advertisement will be posted to the top of the list, on the Website, and the Applications, every day for 30 days, at count:
An email will be sent to you à the Advertiser to confirm the subscription to the option, another email will be sent to him/her on the 8th, 15th and 22nd days of subscription to remind them that their Advertisement has moved to the top of the list every day. Finally a final email will be sent to him. the day before the option expires, i.e. the 29th day after subscribing to the option; the option, in order to inform him/her.
This option allows you to display an “urgent” logo. for 30 days on an Ad.
The visitor will also be able to search for all urgent announcements in the desired category. Which will give more visibility. for ads with the urgent logo.
This option allows you to broadcast an Advertisement and display it for a specific period. in a highlighted location on the home page of the website and applications within the top ad location and the ad will also be identified. by the logo « Top ». Advertisements benefiting from the “ Top » will be displayed periodically for a period depending on the number of advertisements that have subscribed to the subscription. the Featured option, an Ad will therefore not be visible « In the News » permanently on the Website.
The Advertisement must have at least one photo, propose an offer of property (and not a request).
The duration of the Feature my ad option is 7 days. As soon as the duration of the « Featured », an email will be sent à the Advertiser to propose a new broadcast of the Advertisement with the option « In the News ».
This option allows you to add seven (7) additional photographs in an Advertisement and thus present a maximum of ten (10) photographs in an Advertisement.
If the Advertisement is published by Marani Concept, it will be published with additional photos on the Website and the Applications.
By default, an advertiser is entitled to a total of five (05) advertisements.
This option allows you to add an additional Ads Pack.

The prices applied are those in force on the day of purchase of one or more paid options by the Advertiser. MARANI CONCEPT reserves the possibility of to modify its prices any time.
The price of each paid option varies depending on the type of option purchased and the deposit category selected.

Subscription to one or more paid option(s) can be done by tout Announcer connected à his Account:
Payment is due when subscribing to each paid option.
Any subscription to a paid option by credit card will give rise to an invoice sent to the email address indicated by the Advertiser when submitting their Advertisement.
The invoices and supporting documents will appear in the Account.
The Advertiser, from the "My Purchases" tab, has the possibility of purchasing to download, in PDF format, their invoices and supporting documents relating to their service. subscribing to paid options.
Paid options are non-refundable.
If the broadcast of an Advertisement is refused by MARANI CONCEPT due to its non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the Announcement. to the distribution rules of the Marani Service:
On the other hand, if MARANI CONCEPT was forced to delete the Advertisement currently being broadcast due to its non-compliance with the Code, in accordance with the broadcasting rules of the Marani Service and in particular because its content has been legitimately reported. as abusive, MARANI CONCEPT will not reimburse the Advertiser the amount of the paid option(s) subscribed to when submitting or modifying the Advertisement thus deleted during broadcast.< /p>
The deletion of an Account leads to the deletion of any attached Ad(s), and consequently, the deletion of any paid option(s) ) subscribed for these Advertisements and does not give right to no right to reimbursement or compensation, which the Advertiser acknowledges and accepts.
In application of the articles of the Consumer Code, the Advertiser has a period of fourteen (14) clear days to withdraw. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform Marani Concept by declaring his dissatisfaction to Customer Service. The Buyer can also choose to complete and transmit online the withdrawal form provided by MARANI CONCEPT.
However, when the credits or paid options have been completed, used by the Advertiser before the expiry of the period of fourteen (14) days, the latter accepts that Marani Concept begins to perform the service and expressly waive this right. his right of withdrawal.
Responsibility MARANI CONCEPT cannot be held liable in the event of non-execution or poor execution of the due order, either due to the Advertiser, or due to a case of force major.
Any processing of data within the framework of these Terms and Conditions is subject to the provisions of our confidentiality policy, which is an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
If any part of the General Terms and Conditions proves to be illegal, invalid or inapplicable, for whatever reason, the provisions in question would be deemed unwritten, without calling into question the validity of the terms and conditions. other provisions which will continue to apply between the Advertisers and MARANI CONCEPT, unless it was an impulsive and decisive clause having led to the termination of the contract. one of the Parties to subscribe to the paid option.
