1. How to register:

a) Access the home page www.marani.ma
b) Click on the Register icon.
c) Choose your account type « Individual » or « Professional ».
d) Fill in the necessary information including your email address and password.
e) Check the box « General conditions of sale ».
f) Click on "Register".
g) You will receive a validation email.
h) Access your mailbox and validate your account by clicking on "Your email confirmation link". You will access your account.

2. How to post an ad:

a) Access the home page « www.marani.ma »
b) Connect to; your account (if you do not have an account, you will need to register).
c) Click on "POSITION YOURANNOUNCEMENT" (To post an ad, you must be logged in).
d) Fill in the requested information. Click « Next ».
e) Upload the photos or documents. Click « Next ».
f) To preview your ad, click on « See your ad page ».
g) Choose the payment option « Free option » or « Paid option ».
h) If you choose, « Free option », click « Publish my ad ». Your ad will be published after validation by the Marani team.
i) If you choose, « "Paid option", select the paid options of your choice and follow the payment process. Click the end on « Publish my ad ». Your ad will be published after validation by the Marani team.
j) After validation of your ad, you will receive a validation confirmation email. Your ad will be published on the site www.marani.ma

3. Can I modify my ad afterwards?

You can adapt your ad to suit your needs. any time. This counts for both active and inactive ads. To edit your ad, please log in to your user account. Then click on the 'edit ad' link. and make the desired changes. Finalize the procedure by pressing "save ad". If you encounter any difficulties when adapting your ad, please contact our customer service.

7. I adapted my ad but I don't see the changes made

Sometimes the browser may take the web page offline while you make corrections. After updating update the page (F5), all changes should be visible.

8. I deposited my ad yesterday but it does not appear in the first pages

All announcements are posted online in the order of validation by the Marani.ma team. To put it at the top of the list please subscribe to one of the paid options.

9. My ad expires tomorrow, how can I extend it?

• The duration of validity of an announcement is three (03) months. Your ad may be renewed only after it expires. You will be automatically informed by email.

11. Why are my images blurry?

If your images are blurry, it's probably because their resolution is not high enough. Please use images with a larger format. We recommend at least 800x600 pixels.

12. I have sold my property and I no longer wish to receive inquiries. Where can I delete my ad?

Connect to your personal account on marani.ma. You will be able to “delete your ad”.

13. Where can I control the statistics of my ad?

For Professionals, Connect to your Pro account. You can then see how many visitors your ad had. A diagram representing the number of visitors over the last 30 days is visible under "statistics". You can then move the mouse over the dates to see the statistics corresponding to that date. every day.

14. Why can't I find my ad on marani.ma?

• Please note that your ad can only be found online. through the attributes you list. When you search for your ad, you must use as search terms only the terms that you used in the title of your ad.
